We only stayed one night for a party and it was way better than I expected! Nice clean room, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast for just £6 was a steal, really tasty! Just be careful during breakfast rush. it got kinda busy with only one person cooking. pretty happy with the stay!

during my stay, I really appreciated the nearby Alexandra Park, just a short stroll away, and the charming Werneth Park, which provided a lovely green space for relaxing walks and views, making the weekends so enjoyable despite some hotel issues like a noisy atmosphere.

The quadruple room offered ample space for the family, making it comfortable for our stay. Conveniently located with easy access to transport, our parking experience was seamless.

During my stay, I encountered significant noise disturbances with slamming doors and shouting from neighboring rooms that lasted well into the night. The cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, which is frustrating when you're hoping for a refreshing experience. it felt like there were security concerns with some questionable characters hanging around the hotel, adding to an unsettling atmosphere. I expected better for the price I paid.

This was a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Oldham with reasonable value. The food was delicious, especially the pudding, which was made by a fantastic cook. A tip for future visitors, take advantage of the late breakfast hours so you can sleep in a bit longer.

i recently stayed at a hotel in oldham and had a great experience. the room exceeded my expectations, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. the amenities made everything easy and enjoyable while traveling solo....  

Staff were responsive. The room had a strange smell, which was quite off-putting. Free parking is a major plus. My bed was comfortable, but the shower had low pressure. Nice location for transport.
